Not a smile or a hello just a what you want with two servers and one just standing around looking lost, sandwich was thrown together and was barely eatable with hands looked like it had been through a blender, no sauces and when asked I actually wanted the sauce, I said yes (obviously) to which a huff and moody walk to the back for more! Staff were terrible,
What a lovely service today! To the gent, that normals works in Prenton you’re a credit to Subway. For the time in months, the store looked clean and everything was covered. Food was prepared well and tasted amazing, the best Subway we have had in a while.
Ordered ahead on the Subway App was told my order would be ready at 12.30 arrived on time to find only one member of staff on her own at lunchtime and a queue when I got to the front my order had not been made ready to go not happy not staff fault it's the fault of the management.
Came in Easter Saturday and it was queued almost out the door, couldn't fault the 2 staff on duty they got us all done quickly and efficiently, even tho they were obviously under pressure. Hats off to them they were great
When one young man is doing all the work, namely Danny today 24th February 2024, while his lazy colleague is missing half the time and latterly sitting down at a table chatting to a young lady who he apparently knew, when there was food on the floor, and dirty tables, does he deserve a job?.
