Only the second time in my life I’ve used Subway, as it was rubbish last time. And today was exactly the same. Ordered Rotissery chicken, salad box, additional caramelised onions, and hash browns. How is 3 mini hashbrowns worth the additional cost and stone cold. I only found 4 mini bits of chicken nothing like the image. And the additional onions maybe a teaspoon I got! The others thought there’s was rubbish too. Never again! I paid almost £11 for what I got and no way was this worth it.
Found ants in my drink!! Never even apologised or anything just said I dunno! Is that how you train staff to be oblivious and dumb and take no accountability!
Don’t eat their food I order a sandwich and it made me vomit for 30mins
The worst Subway l have ever visited by a long shot and Im a huge fan of the brand. The staff are rude, dirty and stingy. Absolute garbage customer service. If you want to avoid a disappointment don’t ever buy from this filthy shop.
