Hi staff very poor service
Ordered our food the the delivery time kept changing . Hours later at half 8 they cancelled the order! Also have a friend who recently waited 3 hours for there food.
Placed an order for delivery and it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive!! Phoned the store after waiting 45 minutes and the guy on the phone started blaming the courier for being late, he also insisted that the food was made and ready to go, however it still took another 55 minutes for the order to be delivered. We had a sub and fries missing, as well as missing veggie patties from a veggie sub - HOW?? And the food we did have delivered was cold! Won't be ordering from this branch again.
I do make an effort every year but it doesnt change.and i know its me just cant get to like it.sorry. Reality is its very reasonable prices in this day and age and fast.
