I ordered many times from there ,for the first few orders everything was fine, and then it went downhill. They started messing with my order,either putting spices on my sandwich, or either not the right meet on it, one time I asked for a toasted sandwich and came not toasted . Last time I called them and let them know about the mistake and they just hang up on me. There is no way I would order ever again from them
I've ordered from this branch twice in the last 3 days and on both occasions they forgot the most common option of cheese and toasted, even after paying for extra cheese both times i recieved none of these. After phoning the store I was laughed at by a female member of staff claiming there was cheese and to check the sub. I've taken photographic evidence of both subs and you can clearly see her claims of the subs being cheese and toasted are false.
Wonderful experience with this subway. Friendly customer service and their sandwiches are perfect. I love to go there again.
