3 staff preparing 1 sandwich for 5 minutes for an UberEats while customers queued and waiting. Poorly managed and in desperate need of training. Ended up walking away and not spending a penny. No wonder Subway is going bust!
Walked into Subway to find they’ve replaced proper service with electronic kiosks… all two of them. Both were already in use. A staff member asked if he could help me, so I said I’d like to order a sandwich. He then told me it would be quicker to use the kiosk — the kiosks that were both occupied. I ended up standing around for 10 minutes waiting for one to free up while staff stood behind the counter. If you’re not going to take orders anymore, don’t pretend you’re offering help. Poor service and a frustrating experience
ordered hp sauce on the sandwich and gave sachets after the worker clearly said to her colleague that it was on the sandwich, he shook his head and chucked it in the bag. also noticed that the same employee made a gluten free sandwich and did not change his gloves or even bother to wash his hands! also waited 20 mins for a basic sandwich
Dirty store in dining area. Small portions for a subway and dry bread and cookies. Avoid.
as soon as we walking in we were shouted at and the staff said “take out only”. They were slamming doors and throwing trays around because they were annoyed that “no one had been in for 2 hours now we’ve got a massive queue” (of 4 people). Staff are just rude and should be spoken to by a manager. The tall dark haired guy is the worst, he’s rude every time i come in
