usually this subway makes great sandwiches (hence the 3 stars) but today I received a 6 inch veggie delight that had poor quality bread... after already settling with Italian instead of hearty Italian due to low stock

I’ve been coming to this Subway for a long time, and the quality of the management has gone downhill badly. It’s very obvious that the staff are being overworked and left to run the store completely on their own — serving customers, preparing food, and cleaning without any support. Every time I visit, one employee is having to handle the entire store by themselves, which is unfair to customers and especially unfair to the workers.
