I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable service my daughter and I received at your Subway location. Upon entering the store, the door slammed into my daughter, and rather than offering assistance or expressing concern, two male staff members began laughing at her in full view of other customers. The staff's behaviour was bad. They talked to me without looking at me and responded to me in a cold and indifferent manner.
“Friendly staff” is the headline! I always stop by after work on my way home and the staff are super polite. I can speak from experience when I say that fast food employees have to put up with too much for too little pay so do them a favour and have a chat with these lads whilst they’re making your food! Or don’t if you’re shy :)
