Due to new touchscreens orders take forever, customer service is nonexistent, after putting order through you have to wait couple of minutes until someone show up to prep your food, you can't see what is put into your order so all together very bad experience for customer
Staff are non friendly and very rude and very unhelpful there new system with the self service is flawed, they don't let you add any items to your sub order like all the othere subways let you ended up walking out not even receiving my order. Very disappointing place definitely won't be getting any more business from me again and I used to spend a lot.
Absolute disgraceful service, last time I ever visit this subway again. Change the staff get rid of screens and stop counting how many onions you've put in the sub
I went to sub way and got a meatball foot long sub and I had an offer of a free foot long churro with it as the offer stated any sub you can gets a free foot long churro . They forgot my churro if the staff don’t want to give you the stuff your offering what is the point in offering your customers free things when they don’t receive them and my foot long was wrapped really bad which resulted in when I went to walk back to work to eat it , it falling out of the pack from the bottom and this would have never happened if it was... read more
