Says online you guys close at 6pm. I went to order at 5:35pm and spoke to the girl working who was standing on her phone and asked if I could order and she said “are we not closed?” As if she was asking me and didn’t know, I said “I’m not sure when do u close?” She paused, looked at the time and said 5:30pm they close. You should change your online times or speak to your staff. Thank you.
Assuming this is the one in Clydebank shopping centre near Primark/across from b&m? If so, I was walking along and I saw flying pigeons, flying over people as they were eating their lunch. This is absolutely disgusting and a health and safety risk/ hazard as they could poop on the tables etc. definitely not a place I would ever eat at after seeing this.
Poor customer service and poor communication with customers I ordered a box of double chicken salad but what i got was totally disappointing not even a quarter box wasn’t worth the money I paid and they are so ignorant I asked them to top up my salad but they were seems to be forced to do their job I don’t recommend anyone to Clydebank Subway it’s operating different from the UK qualities
The staff in this place are a nightmare I had an experience a month or so ago where a member of counter staff wiped there nose and continued filling my sandwich. I saw last week they werent there so decided to give them another chance and ended up arguing with the guy at the till after he refused to add my discount from the app, I looked over just in time to see my sandwich being filled with the items I asked them not to put in. Much better staff in the area maybe they can visit this branch
