Just had the worst sandwich ever from this shop. It is my local, and usually good. The salad was not chopped and far to much sauce. Not a fan of the self service terminals, where you are removed from the staff making the sandwich. Pretty sure the lady putting the salad on the sandwich was not changing here gloves between them. Wearing gloves is good, not changing them is just defeating the purpose of them and allergy contamination. Unlikely to ever go back.
I use this subway on a semi regular basis and always have a great experience. The food is always fresh and tasty, the staff are lovely and there are some great offers and deals to be had. The shop is always clean and the service is quick and efficient. Self ordering kiosks were installed recently which I don't have an issue with, but they seem to be badly designed and have many issues including not accepting offers and just freezing entirely. Nice genuinely friendly and helpful people, the shop looks a little tired, thank you ** Update this site had been refurbished, staff still friendly! ** Now with self service ordering stations, why you hiding the fresh produce ;)
Certainly not going to be in the place again went to get a breakfast sub got in the door and some women shouted you have to order on the screen now wouldn't have hesitated but it was completely empty i said I only want a sub to that she said we don't do that anymore and you have a menu there she was completely rude and I will not be there again
Replaced humans with self order screens so you can no longer specify how you like your sub prepared. When you shout across the shop people give you looks. Very unwelcoming and probably be the last time we use this store.
