My son has food poisoning, went here yesterday and he got a bmt with lettuce cucumber tomato and sweetcorn and has been up all night being sick and diarrhea. Shocking. Wont be back ever.
The service at this place is not just bad, it's confusingly bad. My wife and I were walking home and thought to get a few cookies as not much else was open. As we came in and started ordering at the machine, a lady came out and said that they couldn't sell us three cookies, but only one. I approached her as I hadn't heard and as she was repeating it, I noticed that they had a dozen or so cookies. Ordered of deliveroo that was my 1st mistake. 2nd was choosing subway. Cause when do you guys ever get the order right?!?! Ordered a footlong and a drink. You didint give me my drink. You also didint substitute it which deliveroo allows. And you also did not take it off my order meaning I was still charged for the non existent drink. You already know delivery charges more so its pretty lame to take liberties with my money. Wont be ordering from here again.
