I was quite honestly shocked by how bad my food was. The chicken salad was obviously thrown together and just a mess and just tasted cheap. The cheesy garlic bread was so overcooked that you couldn’t even chew it and the churro (which I was really looking forward to) was quite obviously kept warm to the point that it had become overcooked and just rock hard. When I was asking for toppings, the staff member told me to “speak up” instead of politely asking me to repeat myself. As someone who also works in hospitality, I know that tone matters — and that’s not how you speak to customers. It might seem minor, but the vibe was off and it made the experience uncomfortable. A little more courtesy would really go a long way.
