Masies customer service is nothing but perfect. She greeted us within seconds of entering. She upsold and got us out within minutes. What a great team member you guys have
Great service and food was great too.
Absolutely shocking service. Wouldn’t hlgive me her name but assume it was the Verica lady as seems her reputation is known. Overcharged for my lunch. No manager to speak to and wouldn’t give me the franchise complaint policy. Won’t be returning. Spoke to another subway down the road who adviced I had been overcharged. Use the subway app to get your 30% applied and do not pay in store as they overcharge you. I paid £10.38 and she knew she was wrong.
Viorica is incredibly rude. Terrible service
I came in 12th may where there was one lovley polite young boy who served me and my freind who I think deserves some sort of recognition for how well he worked under tremendous pressure on his own in this heat with very rude customers !!! Amazing customer service godbless I'll be back very soon
