Amelia was a great server and was speedy but with great attention to detail. Best sub I’ve had in ages!!
Slowest subway I've ever been to. Took server nearly half hour to serve 2 people. Exactly the same the last time I went there.
Visited a few months ago and the server was the slowest person I have ever seen move. No urgency at all. Only popped in for 2 salads and I was in there for 20 minutes. Hardly any salad put in our boxes and rather than cut the turkey up, the slices were just thrown in. Fast forward to today, in a rush to grab tea before training and I went in for another salad. There’s a reason why all the 5 star reviews are from 2+ years ago. Never have any ingredients available, I’m not sure how they ever make a complete sub but worst was the lady who obviously didn’t wear a name badge for a reason; could not be bothered at all, made a single order at a time and was the least switched on person in the county. A complete shambles as other reviews have said, drive to another store, it’ll be worth it!
Server was unhelpful with her condescending and can't be bother attitude, making the experience terrible. As one of subway's original slogans was make it what you want. As we went through personalised sub options, it became clear evrything was way too much of an ask! Left feeling belitttled with a below standard sub I would highly recommend going to a different store.
