Epic mistake. Ordered a footlong meal and jacket potato meal via Uber. The jacket potato was cold and the footlong meal was non existent. Instead we got the fillings messily put onto a jacket potato. How can staff mistake a potato for a footlong bread. Think they need staff that can read and understand orders

I ordered a Gluten Free sandwich, however, they didn't inform me that their meatballs had enhanced wheat.

Asked for bacon in the sandwich where the staff gotten offended and returned by saying its muslim area! Absoloute joke and then they given the smallest amount of fillings that i had to ask for more! E.g 2 slice of peppers, few bits of lettuce in half the sandwhich so on, i felt massivly offended!

Good munch. They make the food good but I wish they’d put more chicken in the sub sometimes. You see them do a small scoop and then you just know they’ll charge for more. Back in the day they used to just put more chicken for free

I preordered via the Subway app a sandwich today and specifically selected to have peppers and crispy onions in it (in addition to lettuce, cucumbers, red onions). Instead of peppers, I got tomatoes which I am allergic to, and no crispy onions. 2 months ago I got black olives instead of jalapeños, and I profoundly hate olives. There were more of these issues, causing me ordering my takeaway at other places where they actually pay attention to the customer.
