Had a terrible time ordering from this franchise. Asked for grated cheese and they said it is an extra charge. No other subway I have been to do this. If you order on app the grated cheese option has no extra charge. This is unbelievable! . I could literally stand and order the same thing on the app and not pay extra for grated cheese. Really disappointed with service and food. Portions really small and service so poor. Asked for Italian, bread was literally crunchy. Mentioned it, guy appeared not to care. Won’t be using again.
I ordered a Veggie Delite (no patty, just vegetables) and was told they don’t have lettuce. No apology, no explanation—just extremely rude behavior. When I asked for fresh lettuce, the staff member said, “We are selling fresh for 15 minutes, I can’t open a new bag for you,” in a very disrespectful tone. This is Subway. Lettuce is basic.
