Terrible service from the staff. Really bad attitude towards customers. Customer service really poor.
Out of all the subways ive have visited throughout the UK this is definitely one of The best I've ever visited. The couple that run this subway are always inviting and the service is absolutely fantastic . Yes it can get a bit chaotic in extremely busy periods but these guy's are only human. Fantastic food and service that deserves 5 stars all day long.
Possibly the worst subway in the country. Ive been there twice and both times they have managed to ruin a simple sandwich. They get the order wrong every time and they must play football with the sandwich before they packed it, either that or they fire the ingredinets in to the sub from across the shop with a catapult. There is another one in Framwellgate moor just drive round the corner and order there you will be disappointed here.
Manager was a awful woman, she talked down to her staff. The young lad didn't deserve to be shouted at in front of customers, she belittled him and made him visibly upset and embarrassed, the Asian lady should not be in charge, should not be allowed to speak to staff like that in front of people, I hope the lads get better opportunities and know not every manager will treat you that way! Seems a very nasty woman!
Zero stars…. First time I have ever been into a fast food establishment, asked to place an order, and been told “no … I am busy”. ( not even a sorry) To the owners of the franchise, check who was on shift 26th February around 5pm.
