Tere is a young girl with specs , whenever i go to store and she is there she always says cold sandwiches only. All other days when i go, when other staff is there they dont say that. Only this specific girl always says cold sandwiches only. I think she does purposely so she does not need to work or make sandwiches. It has happened 8 times in last 2 months. There is no way only when she is there on shift the oven breaks down and can sell "cold sandwiches only" .This cannot be a co incidence.
Despite the sign saying they close at 8PM, the man inside said ‘shop is closed’ in a very bossy way at 7:15PM, nearly an hour before the shop actually closes TO THE PUBLIC. Meanwhile, I watched him quickly mop the floor and hide behind the counter playing on his phone for presumably the rest of his shift. Lazy bone-idle staff. Official complaint has been raised with head office.
Nice food but very depressing. Cold and dirty tables. Staff were pleasant but clearly a lack of leadership with poor management.
Very depressed looking staff members, hardly offering a smile or much conversation at all, I do however blame the management for that as there clearly is a lack of leadership in there. Tables all littered and dirty and for some reason there is no napkins, had to use the toilet just so i could wipe my hands and mouth after eating which is not ideal at all.. Nevertheless the food was delicious which is the only saving grace really.
