We made an order on the Subway app for the Bromham branch. We went to collect it and were advised that the order shouldn’t have been accepted and that they couldn’t fulfill the order. Initially it looked like they would offer a like for like replacement until they realised that a discount had been applied to our app order, which they didn’t want to fulfill. We are disappointed.
