The young guy working today was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to explain a few of the sandwiches and was extra attentive. Nice to say customer service hasn't completely gone.
Have just finished work at 6 and haven’t eaten all day keep in mind I work 2 minutes away from the shop, I get there and the staff tell me the shop is closed when it clearly states it closes at 8 on the Sunday I’ve had to come home and order the food keep in mind ive been at work since 8am not having a chance to eat. I’m very pissed off and they need to do something about the staff member!!!!

Visited a few times on my short trip to Bournemouth. The staff didn't look like they wanted to be there. Food quality was really really poor. Didn't taste fresh at all. What a waste of money!
Castle Lane branch Never received order as courier couldn't find address. Had I been running the place I would have phoned customer and offered a gesture of good will for not receiving order. I would further suggest getting couriers to download What3words as this 1 didn't understand English enough to follow directions. Despite giving alternative instructions he still couldn't find us.
