The best salon in L.A. – Suburbia Salon is a gem. Beautiful, hip, and extremely friendly. It's a great location if you work at the studios, and it's worth the trip over the hill if you don't. Jennifer Nash, the owner, is a genius with hair color! I have the best hair I've had in years.
Eyelash Extensions – Here's the deal, you can go to any other spa and get eyelash extensions, but Erin is truely amazing, the cost is $300, and $40-$60 for touch ups, but well worth it. I can't believe I have been living without them all these years. Erin is the only Esthetician at Suburbia so book your appointment soon, she is very busy..... I highly Recommend Erin, oh yeah, Her Facials and Waxing Services are awsome too.
BEST IN TOWN – My stylist at Suburbia is RICK. He is absolutely the BEST! I get compliments on my hair all the time!! The cut and color is always great. Rick is always friendly, funny and very polite. The salon has a great atmosphere and the staff is very helpful and friendly as well. Suburia is the BEST in town. I would recommend Rick and Suburbia to everyone.
It doesn't get any better than this!!! – This salon has really got it together! I had extensions with Rick, & The entire experience was simply amazing! After the consultation, he showed me the exact colors we'd be using and showed how it would compliment my skin and eye color. When the appointment came, he worked carefully on my hair and before I knew it, my medium length locks were now long, luscious, authentic looking hair!! Thursday Wine & Cheese Night!!! – Do yourself a favor and book an appointment well in advance for Suburbia's Thursday's "Wine & Cheese" night! I just left there, and the place was still happening! A great hair cut and color (in my opinion, Jenn is the best in town), and toss in a couple complimentary glasses of delicious Chardonnay, and I'm a happy camper! Wonderful staff as well, and convenient valet parking available! Keep in up, Suburbia!
Found My Perfectionist – I have never been so impressed with a salon or a stylist before. Usually, in my exprience with hair stylists, I tell them what I like, and they do what they think is best. I was fed up with my old stylist and was on the prowl, looking for a new one. Finally!! – This place is full of polite and professional stylist that do great hair. I saw classy, trendy, vampy, soccer mom, and aging starlet all walk out the door looking great. I have been faking blonde for years and my color and cut looked great.
A fresh new experience... – I recently discovered the brand new Suburbia Salon & Spa in Studio City. The relaxed sense my NEW stylist, Tanya, gave me was great. The salon is restful with spa-like decor I can definitely say this is a place I'll return to again and again.
Wow!!! – I did a double take driving past the salon at how bustling it was even before noon on a weekday! I looked up Suburbia Salon on Citysearch, read the wonderful reviews, then booked an appointment for a few days later (took advantage of the free conditioning treatment by mentioning Citysearch).
