We went here to try to get a used car. They "tried to make it work but couldnt do it." We were looking for a used car that was in the lower price range so I am suspecting the commission wasnt high enough to care. Then went to Gresham dodge and got approved in 15 minutes. We were hoping to buy local but will never come back nor recommend this dealership. Plus lowered my credit by running it to institutions that are known for requiring the highest credit scores. I am ashamed to have this place in our town.
Unfortunately we were lied to several times. Bought a truck with rust damage (from the salt used in Canada) that has had a whole collection of issues. When we took it in (as it is still under warranty) we were told that they couldn't fix it because it was 'lifted'. We bought it that way from the dealership - and they failed to inform us that our 3,000 dollar warranty was practically useless because of the way the truck was at the time of purchase. Overall a terrible experience.
I feel robbed. after only 12 days had to put the truck in the shop. They knew this truck had problems and didn't fix or disclose them. Thankfully we asked for a warranty. But we still had to pay 100.00 deductable. I have a piece of paper that shows they knew there was a problem. We got a nice Thank You letter for buying a new 2017. Guess someone should have read the paperwork when they were looking at our name and address. We didn't buy a 2017. So disappointed. Sucks we have to trade our 2015 Tacoma. I have my vehicles serviced at Suburban Ford and the staff there does a great job.
Never buy from them! Very unorganized sale. They do not do through inspections on previously owned cars. And the service department is completely incompetent!! Don't make the same mistake I did!
