My husband ordered his dream truck, a Ford F350 Super Duty, fresh off the line from Suburban Ford. Chris Young was amazing to work with! He patiently walked us through the entire ordering process and kept us up to speed with status updates. Upon arrival to pick it up, there it was, waiting for us right in front all ready to go. I bought a vehicle from them last Friday, a 2013 GMC Yukon Denali, and it was a very pleasant experience. Beth and Chris ensured through their level of professionalism, that when I need to buy another vehicle, I will certainly work with them in the future. The "haggle free" experience was a plus as well.

Suburban Ford does have the lowest advertised prices on their website compared to other local Ford dealers. I went in today and test drove a 2017 F150. Due to my situation, I was not able to buy the truck. Sales staff was great with no pressure to buy. If you are looking for a new or used Ford, give them a call.
Had my 97 T Birds 100,000 mile check up and came out with my repairs done. Thank God for mechanics that choose to work on fords. Service dept was pleasant and gave me a rental car and I will continue to choose this dealer for any future repairs.
