They misquoted my registration fees by over $450 and wouldn't take any responsibility for what they told me, which was that all of my fees were paid when I walked out the door. Unfortunately these guys are all about the sale with no customer service to back it up. So much for "call us if you need anything!".
Make sure you have gas money. My Parents bought a car from them that was given to them empty. The dealership refused to fill the car and left these two 80 year olds to go find fuel.

Complete lack of customer service and ability to communicate with the customers, they never wash our vehicles after they get serviced, the last oil change I had done took over 2 hours, I walk in and all the service writers are sitting back watching tv, I had to call them at 430 to find out if our vehicle was done. After giving them 5 chances to get it right I’m going the extra distance to Gresham Ford.
i dont know how to express the service we got from George Z. from the time we went thru the doors to coming back the next day, this great man went above and beyond what any other salesman in the past that we have bought cars from. he is very knowledgeable and his customer service is what other salesman should learn from. this guy is a keeper and we are super happy with the new truck we got. i know we will be spreading the word about George to all my friends and family.
Just bought a gorgeous Ford F150 (2015) pick-up. It was EXACTLY what we wanted. Colin was our salesperson, and he was stellar. No pressure, low- key, laid back, perfect. I appreciate how easy they are to work with. I will highly recommend them to anyone who is shopping for a Ford or Chevy.
Finally found the perfect truck for our boat! Great service & very nice staff
They couldn’t fix a simple door latch. Sent notice of recall, so go in and leave us stranded with car door that won’t shut. Was not an issue until Sub-par Ford got their hands on it. I will let everyone know what shitty service they give! Turned in rental, everyone got to go home early; probably to watch YouTube to learn their jobs! Plus their warranty is shit as well! Don’t waste your time or money at this dump!!
The team at Ford in Sandy is incredible! Special shout out to Beth, for going the extra mile for us throughout the process and Yoseph, for making the ardous financial part of buying a humourous breeze. You both are incredible people and I thank you for helping me find the perfect family car. Definitely will recommend and totally worth the drive up from Bend.
