I couldn't have been more pleased, if fact Joe helped me get my cat in the other room because he was hiding under the couch, and waited until I brought my dog over to my friends house, i'm not a very fast walker she lives across the street. Answered all my questions . I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Joe, there was another gentleman with him but I didn't get his name and I would like to thank him too.

I've used Suburban for many years and trust their expertise. All technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. They are most likely very well trained, not only in pest control but customer service as well. No need to go anywhere else. They just took care of multi-nest yellow jacket problem in driveway. AND technicians are always careful if you have pets which is IMPORTANT for us!
Excellent, professional, fast service. Have used Suburban a few times before (wasps, yellow jackets, etc.) and I highly recommend them. Technician (Nate) answered every question, polite, professional, well-equipped, experienced, thorough, explained everything to us before he went to work on wasp warfare. Cost was also pretty reasonable. Got a 30-minute call ahead so we knew when technician would be at our home. Previous technician we had three years ago was also excellent. This company has fabulous customer service! I received an email in error--one letter off. Yolanda called me back 7 times to help me figure out if my info had been stolen. She was kind and patient. If I lived out on Long Island I would use this company in a minute. You CANNOT find customer service like that anywhere... And I am not even a customer!!! Thank you
