Very professional I received an email that told me who was coming with a photo. I really appreciated that as today we all have to be careful and cautious, Vincent arrived on time was courteous listened to my concerns as I have 3 small dogs. Everything was done neatly and professionally.
I have been a customer of Surburban for over 40 years and in all this time I have never had any issue with my service or any of the few times I have had to call the company for a new problem not covered on their last visit. Everyone, from the technician to the office, have been wonderful to deal with and courteous.
Julius arrived during the time period we were told, was very polite and explained what he was going to do. He told us due to the rainy weather he had to come back to treat the outside and he made the appointment for us. Everything was left neat and clean.
We have been using Suburban Exterminating, for several years, in our home and we have been nothing but pleased and satisfied, with the work they do. Wes, our current service technician, is wonderful and efficient every month we have him service our home. We have complete confidence with Wes and Suburban
I have been using Suburban for quite some years! Very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone in need of pest control. Shop around. Much more affordable than numerous other companies and very reliable.

They continually come for service appointments without calling first. We complain about this problem. They do it again. So each service appointment they need to come out twice. Seems inefficient to me.
