I was very satisfied with the follow up visit, DBoss did a very good job and was very accomadateing to go down to my crawl space and spray.
Wow! I called Saturday afternoon concerned about a bee issue. By 5:30 a technician was at my home and assured me everything was fine. Explained what each bee was in detail, since there were two different kinds. Cannot thank you enough for the prompt and professional service. Definitely will use Suburban in the future.

We wish there were more stars to give Mr. J. Walsh for his excellent work at our home! Called Suburban Exterminating about the sound of a rodent in our basement. We received a service call the next day and JVargas did a great job. Searching the basement he discovered a dead mouse on a "sticky board". He placed new sticky boards around the basement and immediately scheduled a follow-up visit for any additional activity. Great job!
The technician, c. Thompson was very professional and did an excellent insspection of mt grounds. He answered my questions and was a pleasure to deal with.
C Thompson came today and he was so awesome! Not that any other tech has been bad but this guy was awesome and I would recommend him specifically any day of the week! Any company can spread chemicals (green or not) but it's the "person" who shows up at your door that you connect with. Thanks!!!!
