Professional staff, very compassionate. I would definitely recommend Suburban Exterminators. Please ask for Nancy as your Sales Rep, without a doubt ask for Dino to do the job in your home ( very trustworthy employee, experience beyond belief ) and if any work has to be done at building I would most definitely ask for Richie. I had to trust my house to Dino, as It was recommended to leave for 8 hours while they did the job. Dino is the employee to ask for!
Wonderful job, he answered all my questions, told me all of my options for getting rid of the crickets in my house and was extremely knowledgable! Will absolutely be using again in the future.
John Higgins has been servicing my business for years. I never have any issues with his work. He always answers any questions I may have regarding rodents, insects, etc whether it be at my warehouse or home. John is as professional as they come.
I had C. Thompson to my house yellow jackets, I think we finally got rid of them, no activity in 4 days. If it wasn't the poison, was outfit that scared them, way to Chris!!!
This is by far the most amazing company I have ever used. If I could give 10 stars I would. When I first called, to the inspector that came and the actual exterminator the service was amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you for being so good to me. I called Suburban because of a yellow jacket problem inside of my soffit next to my front bay window and a black wasps going in and out of the siding next to my front door. I called Suburban and within 1 day a technician was here. Mr. Kahn was very professional and courteous. He explained what insecticide he was using, what will happen and how long it will take to be effect. He was even careful in my flower bed which I could care less about.
