Had s problem w bees in the house and they sent a technician in the afternoon. Arfran came n was quickly able to find where the bees were coming from n treated the house right away. He was very pleasant n I was very happy w the job.
I called Suburban because of a yellow jacket problem inside of my soffit over my front door. After several attempts on various nights by myself with flashlight and spray in hand I could not defeat them. 10-15 at time swarming into the soffit. I called Suburban and within 1 day problem solved. Technician Ikahn was professional, courteous, and knew his business. Would recommend to anyone with a problem.
Sooooooo many ants this year!!! I'm so glad I got a service contract with suburban. The technician that came on Monday, W Zecca, did a thorough job in trying to help get rid of theses annoying pests! They were crawling up and down all of my trees and my deck. There's were literally thousands of them and now They all gone! One time I thought I had termites and Erik came and assured be they were flying ants. He could have told me they were termites and could have charged me thousands to get rid of them. Great company!!! Been with Surburban for over 35 yrs.. Wouldn't even think twice, to contract out with another company! Wes is the man~ ! Today we had A Burgner... Awesome!! He Did an awesome job,kind as anything!!! Worked so hard and smiled without hesitation.
IKahn gave my lawn a treatment..... He was a professional technnican.. and very prompt.
Chris Thomson has been here the last few summers and has gone way above and beyond to help rid me of multiple bee and wasp problems...Not only did he fix the problems, he was extremely informative about his procedures, use of specific chemicals, and precautions about the safety of my family and pets..
