If you go to this dealer on auto center drive in San Bernardino, please read your contract carefully. When financing they will add on a additional 1500.00 to your balance and say its mandatory. ThThen nothing is covered under it so when you try cancelling it no one in financing will return your call til the extended warranty iis about to expire. Bbb contacted them and finally finance mgr rick and kerri wanna call ad tell me they have no record of me calling. Liars. I left over thirty mesages
Very disappointed, had an appointment for 8:00 and my car was not taken back till 10:10. Had to wait another hour for first maintenance to be completed. This is the second time this was done to me. I don’t see the point of making an appointment. Anyone else have this problem?
They are all very friendly and helpful. I showed up for my appointment that had been unfortunately canceled not to my knowledge. I had to drive back down the next day found out they actually had the wrong phone number but for the inconvenience they gave me a free tire rotation and washed my car!
Great place to buy your car . Everyone at Subaru are great and friendly people . Great prices and beautiful cars.
