Fastest car purchase process ever. Went smoothly. Jeremy was awesome.
Went in for an oil change. was asked if we wanted a new filter. We said yes and were charged for it. Got home and pulled it out, just to find out that it wasn't changed
Made the mistake of going there again after last bad service. Made appointment on line. I always wait for my vehicle and this is not an option when I booked online. not that it mattered because there was no record of my appointment when I arrived, despite my email confirmation. Was told they were unexpectedly busy and I was looking at a 2 hr wait. Everyone in the waiting room was very angry at the wait times and of course all out of coffee.
Buying my car was quick and easy. It’s often a dreary long process that takes too much time.
Amazing and painless experience purchasing our new 2019 Subaru Ascent Limited. Worked with Scott Firestone who was beyond friendly and held the car for me for 2 days until I could drive an hour to make the purchase at a great price. Finance was a breeze and everything was low pressure which was nice. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
There were kind, honest. I thought my battery needed replacing. They checked it and said it was good. They got me as a new customer. I will never never go back to Ontario Subaru. If I buy a car it will be Subaru San Bernardino
