Terrible! I called today to make an appointment with service to get my brakes done and three separate times was disconnected. The fourth time I called, the man answering the phones took my phone number down and said he would have service call me so I can schedule my appointment. No one ever called me. Going to drive to Riverside or Ontario instead. If they can't do something as simple as scheduling an appointment, why would I trust them with my vehicle?
I bring my car here faithfully for my oil changes. Great team and a relaxing waiting area.

3k over high bluebook. Was told even their own employees go to another dealership for better prices. Only way I was able to get even close to what I wanted was to walk out of finance halfway through signing. Will not come back and will not recommend.
we drove 75 miles from torrance after an over the phone verbal agreement price and APR only to be there 2 hours waiting and for them to tell us that they would not honor the agreement. they also had the wrong information on their system than what was advertised online and on the car.
