I had a wonderful experience at Subaru of San Bernardino. When I went to several dealerships from as far as Culver City to Carlsbad. And each time the car I was going to get and approved for was sold from under me. And the quality of their cars were sub standards. I recently purchased a 2018 Impreza here. The experience was far better than I expected. Everyone was more than civil and enthusiastic to help make sure I was happy when I left. When I was first presented with my car the salesperson, Carlos, noticed water spots and sent it back to be detailed! He said it needed to be perfectly clean so that I was happy with it.
