Last fall I had the best ever purchasing experience. So why only 2 star - the service department . Had my Subaru ( which I love) serviced just routine. The technician that did the work forgot to put the oil cap on. So had oil sprayed all over motor and engine compartment . They did replace cap, fill oil and clean engine. I wanted oil change as perhaps dust and dirt got inside and expressed concern about future problems. They acted like this was an insignificant problem.
