Heard a "funny noise" while on the freeway at the start of a 900 mile trip. Pulled into the service department on Saturday morning and they found the problem (a piece of plastic had wrapped around the drive train) and had me on my way. Totally dog friendly too! Noise was gone and we had a safe trip! Thanks team subaru!
You need to fix Brandon Stewart's car. You have had it for weeks. Why would you say it was almost done when there is photographic proof you haven't started it? Is it because he's from Big Bear? Tomorrow going farther up the food chain. Hope you all have your jobs when this is done.
My son helped me out and took my crosstrek for synthetic oil service last week and I'm so grateful for the service, and complementary car wash in this drought, and all the service manager does to male sure Subaru of san bernardino are happy. They always go out of the way to make the customer happy. Thank you, Mr Garcia!
I bought my car from here last February i asked them several billion times if my car includes the service/maintenance. and now every time i been taking my car for service, they keep pushing me back and forth between subaru and toyota. Im so tired of playing these fuck fuck games. And then they try telling me its not their issue anymore and that service does not include maintenance.
Amazing people, they always take such good care of me!
