We went to the dealership to look at a used car. After closing the deal, but before we took possession, we were told there were major mechanical found issues with the vehicle( it was a Chevrolet, not a Subaru) We came back to the dealership to look again and did decide on a used outback. I had a wonderful experience here yesterday and came home with my first suburu!! Gary the sales manager was in contact with me all week about the vehicles I was interested in and even came in on his day off to help me out when I got to the dealership. John Martin took great care of me also and showed me every vehicle I wanted to see....multiple times! Overall great experience and I highly recommended coming here if you are interested in a Suburu!!!
I took my 05 Subie in after my local mechanic was stumped by a check engine light. They got me squared away and back on the road! Great staff in the service department, very knowledgeable.
After test driving several cars over several days, we decided to give Subaru a chance. We fell in love with the Outback and were so glad Jeremy was there to answer all our questions. We did not feel pressured by him in any way but his enthusiasm for the car was genuine. Today’s cars do so much more than just drive and Jeremy took the time to walk us through all the features and help us get everything set up. Even after the sale, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our new Outback. And we are!
This was my first Subaru and my experience was very good. Jeremy Goldsworthy asked me what wanted and the price allowance that I was aiming for. When I decided which car I wanted Jeremy went over all the dash and levers and points that I really needed help on. So far my Subaru. experience has been great .Carol Zulkowski
My daughter got an overpriced oil change and tire rotation ($125...really??) but forgot to bring in the $25 coupon that had been sent to us for being a "loyal" customer. I called after the fact to see if they could refund the coupon amount and of course they would not do it. So much for helping a loyal customer, oops make that "former" customer.
I had a great experience purchasing my new car at Fort Wayne Subaru. Jason Williams was very helpful and answered all our questions. I thought we would have to order my car but he quickly found a car with all the options that I requested.
