I love my Outback and this dealership!
I had a situation where My torque converter was going and on my 2010 Outback... brought it in several times and it would never how up. Then one morning it started up again. I called and talked to Debbie the service manager.... she call me in, and after a couple hours called me back and said yes it was that and she ordered the parts. and Then told me it was under warranty and I was fine. I always enjoy going I. For my regular oil changes. I’m always treated with respect. I like the fact that if anything else needs attention, they talk to me about the pro and cons of taking care if the need. Then, they do it, so I don’t have to make another appointment. Debbie and Adam do a great job getting you in and out in good time.
First service experience (6k miles or 6 Months). Service advisor Tori did an excellent job!!! I returned to pay & pick up the vehicle. Cash out was a bit of a problem. After quite a wait another employee helped find a cashier but I got the distinct impression I was an interruption rather than a customer. I was able to cash out for the service. I selected 2 Subaru hats but had to step over to the Parts counter for that. Handed the fellow the hats and $$ and was told I had to take the ticket back to the other counter to pay. V... read more
RecommendedEveryone has been great here - from the salesman, Randy, to the service department. I’ve had the car a little over a year and I would definitely buy from them again. The waiting area is more than comfortable and they offer a shuttle to go shop also. They call when they think something might need attention and make sure you know what is going on.
My experience was very positive. I was not pressured into anything. My salesman, Randy Martin, was very kind and professional as was Dave from the finance department. I love my new Forester and would recommend the Subaru dealership to anyone shopping for a vehicle.
My son is playing in shoot for a cure soccer tournament today and we have just over an hour btwn games. My Subaru STI needed an oil change, and the service department slid me right in and right out. The team there is always fun to talk with. #subaruambassadors
