RecommendedLove this dealership. My sister and I bought the same car on the same day last year and now every time we go in, they recognize us and joke if we're ready to trade up. They're super helpful, amazingly friendly, and great fun whenever we come in for service. Willie the office dog is a perk too! Service center is efficient and just as helpful!

RecommendedHave been hesitant to use Ft. Wayne Subaru for sales & service due to poor experiences several years ago. Have been using service few times this year & have been happy with them. Marla in service has a great attitude & work ethic from what I have witnessed. I have dealt w/Adam & Tori also- very friendly & competent. Check out staff & Jeb could use some customer service cues. Front line primary people should all have great customer service- like they want to be there.

They apparently don’t want to sell a car unless they receive half of what a car is worth as a down payment. Absolutely ridiculous, probably won’t try to shop for cars threw them again.

RecommendedThe Service Manager Adam is friendly, honest and upfront about the service needed, charges and wait time. I had an oil change, tire rotation and pre-trip inspection. I requested a wiper blade change and they said it just needed to be cleaned. When part of the blade broke off during cleaning Adam didn’t charge for it after all. It’s a little thing but it left a good impression.
