RecommendedI would recommend them with caution. Requested and did not receive call backs on several inquiries into status of repairs on 2019 Outback. Picked up car yesterday and the problem appears to have been fixed. Simply keeping us in the know would have made our experience much better.
RecommendedMy salesperson, Aaron, was new to the job and I appreciated the way he was treated by management. Manager Dave was right there assisting me and training Aaron during the sale process. I am new to Subaru and leasing so I really appreciated Dave's honesty and his leasing logic.
sold us a lemon. refuse to help us out even though we were in a life-threatening situation due to cold weather and being broke down on the highway. basically said well it's your warranty companies problem

They are pulling a yo-yo scam on me. I accidentally answered a question incorrectly on the loan interview and then took the vehicle away from me even though I had just made the last of the down payment. This is causing me emotional distress and I no longer have transportation to get to work.
