This has been the worst car buying experience ever. Car purchased by my daughter and husband in November. Bogus $400 charge for unnecessary "equity protection plan" added to car loan. Still have not received title paperwork and temporary plate due to expire on 1/5/2019. Can never reach any one by phone, and calls are never returned. Still waiting on the return of the $400. Will never do business with this dealership or any Bob Rohrman dealerships again. Stay away from here!!!
