I was on my way home from a vacation 700 miles from home when my Ford Focus decided to stop accelerating on the highway. I was terrified to drive the car any more. Once I (barely) made it back to Fort Wayne, I went to Bob Rohrman's Subaru and the service manager Jason took the time to get me in a safer vehicle IMMEDIATELY. Everyone was helpful and worked in timely manner. I am so grateful for this dealership! My experience was excellent and I will be returning in the future.
Don't do it people. I will never again. Not happy at all with service. Quoted one price, charged another. Offer free vacuum/car wash - not done.
Wait... wait... and wait for parts dept to pick up parts!!! Unacceptable to say the least. Customer service lacks!!!
Friendly dealership. Really take care of their customers. Bought a 2014 Forester with 29000 miles in February of this year. We have been treated like we bought a new car. Salesman Randy Martin was extremely honest and worked hard to find us the right car. Yesterday went in for routine service. Brandon Bishop was our service advisor. After doing routine service Brandon helped us with questions we had about the navigation system. Even the cashier was extremely friendly. Just a superb experience!
I was in the market for a used legacy. I live in the laffettye area and drove to Bob Rohrman Fort Wayne. They had what I was looking for mileage range and price range. Kyle is the man to see if your in the market for a subaru.
I bought my Impreza out of state and drove it home with a IOU from the dealership where I bought it for a spare key. After a giant amount of emails and phone calls trying to get them to come thru on my spare key....I got very frustrated and went to Rohrmans. I needed a oil change so I went there for that and told Jason (Service Manager) about my key dilemma...he took care of getting the key made and took care of getting reimbursed from dealership in Ohio. I normally don't leave bad reviews but today was the last straw. We purchased a van from there where the financing was done incorrectly and we ended up paying cash. The reason we bought a van was because of our medically complex child needing a wheelchair. They raise the price of the van from the original price posted stating that they fixed the HVAC and all sorts of other things period I have owned van less than two months and my heat does not work and my passenger door does not work anymore.
