Placed an appointment on 5/18 for a service call online for a service call on 5/26. I drove over 55min to Subaru to be told there is a waiting list and they couldn't service my vehicle. If this was the case the service team should have called when they seen my service description as a recall with the takata airbag recall number from Subaru. Unfortunately no one likes wasting their time at 8:30a on a Friday.
Parts department is awesome! New what I needed and helped out!!!!!
I'm 44 years old. A sales manager asked for money down on a vehicle that wasn't even on the lot. I hadn't even seen it or test driven it prior to my visit.. is that stupid or what? I'm sure that the mechanics and service shop may be decent.. I don't know.. I'm going to Odaniel to look.
Treated my friend like shit on repairs for a car he only had for 200 miles.
The service department is the best I have ever seen. Friendly and professional a cut above the rest. We purchased our 2015 Forrester from Bob Rohrman Subaru Of Fort Wayne and will continue to have service done there.
Love my new Subaru. Thank you Randy Martin, you are awesome. Love the service department also. Always get excellent service and trust them with my beloved Subaru.
