This is a very strange company. They’ll arrange meetings with you and then cancel them with flaky explications and then ignore you when you try to reschedule/find out what’s going on. Given their only two other reviews seem to be from the same people, and many years ago, I think I’d probably avoid this company. There are plenty of other construction companies that are a lot easier to deal with.

We appointed Studio Hako as the main contractor for a large combined hair salon and retail space we design in Hackney, East London. It was an ambitious project, delivered under incredibly challenging circumstances (various levels of Covid lockdowns) yet the project ran smoothly throughout and the exceptional level of finish we were able to achieve was possible only through the care, craftsmanship and attention to detail of Joel and his team.

I worked with Studio Hako for the fit out of my new salon space in Hackney Glasshouse Salon. Joel was incredibly professional and supportive throughout the process, as were all of his team members and contractors. I experienced great communication throughout the project and felt well guided when there were unexpected issues.
