after getting engaged we went in for a ring resizing, which was fine - done in a good time frame, although I can see very small dents in the ring, the actual re-size was done as discussed. However I also brought in a couple of sentimental bracelets to get repaired. I chose a ring and it needed sizing down. Bullocks did an excellent job. Great customer service and after care, I would highly recommend
Have had a couple of watches adjusted here over the years and the service is always spot in, friendly staff that are always pleasant. plus lots of nice watches and jewellery to purchase should you wish to 🙂👍🏼
