Nick Pickert's the best! We followed him everywhere during our inspection--except the roof! Nick explained everything he found. An excellent and educational experience.
We met Matt at the property we were planning to buy. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly thorough. We were with him for the entire inspection and he made sure we understood everything we would see on his report. He sent the report later the same day. This was money well spent, we gained piece of mind about the condition of our future home, and got priceless advise for how to maintain the home.
Tessa from StructureTech performed an extremely detailed examination of the house I was purchasing, explained all the issues clearly as we went through the house, and created an exceptional report documenting her findings including many photos. Doing business with them was easy, from setting the appointment through payment. This was so well worthwhile and, if I ever move again, I'll be hiring StructureTech and asking for Tessa.
