When the stucco on my rental property was buckling and cracking, I was worried that moisture was getting into the structure. Antonio at Structure Tech came and did a moisture test on the house. He was so thorough with his inspection and helpful! He answered all of my questions and gave me ideas on things I need to ask when someone comes out to repair my stucco. I highly recommend Structure Tech. Their office personnel have very high quality customer service standards and Bill, the man who performed the inspection on my home is a professional in his field. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and respectful of my home. I also received a complete inspection report the same day my inspection was done. Matthew did an exceptional job on our home inspection. He showed us everything we needed to know, from minor problems that would need fixing to major issues that would need replacement. We received a comprehensive winterizing checklist and due to Matthew's thorough professionalism we were able to make a well informed decision about the home purchase.
The staff is professional and very responsive. As a first time home buyer I never felt like I was asking a dumb question or bothering them. The first time we scheduled my home inspection, we could not get the door to unlock as the lock had been changed. They rescheduled my inspection without any hesitation. Highly recommend.
