My husband and I had a FANTASTIC home inspection from Dustin. He was incredibly thorough, and walked us through every step. His knowledge and attention to detail were unbelievable. My home was inspected by this company. They performed a stress test of our shower which resulted in damage to our home. This type of test had never been heard of by our realtor or the Edina Realty manager, or our handyman who also works as a home Inspector. Forcing water to accumulate and then stand, the backing up In our pipes in no way replicates normal usage of a shower. Shame on this company for being over zealous and too aggressive.
Our first inspector we had from them was awesome, however the second one failed us! My mom told him there is no way the AC is running right. But he claimed it was. And the AC froze up the day we moved in! He said the tub drained fine however first night we went to give kids a bath barely drained and was clogged with tons of hair! There was no way he checked that tub!! So beware who you get. And listen to your mom and or gut if it tells you differently! I had to go a very hot summer with no AC and pregnant!
