Nick did our home inspection, he was exceptional. He came early, when we arrived he introduced himself, told us what he will be doing and gave us an option if we want to walk with him as he was doing the inspection. I walked with him for the entire inspection, he went above and beyond to make sure things are working right, explaining and answering questions patiently.
