I got referred to Structure Tech by a friend. I spent 2.5 hours during the inspection with my realtor and the ST inspector, Tessa Murry. It was nice to follow along and get in-depth detail what she was seeing good/bad. She gave suggestion long term and short term to issues she was seeing. I am so glad I chose Structure Tech as my home inspector. I could not have been more happy with the job they did. The specialist they send on sight are super well trained, easy to talk to, and really help you understand what you are buying and what sort of work will need to be put in down the road.
