Joe Westerlund did an excellent job inspecting my home. Every step in the process was quick, easy and painless. The inspection was thorough and the report contains photos Joe took during the process that show exactly what is being explained. The report also contains links for a more detailed explanation if needed. Extremely efficient and thorough and a very helpful finished report.
We had Nick Pickert inspect our potential future home and we would highly recommend him to others! He was on time and so thorough and knowledgeable. He knows a lot about a lot! We especially appreciated that as first time home buyers that he was friendly and was very receptive to answering all of our questions. Unfortunately our house fell through due to unforeseen circumstances, separate from inspection, but we will definitely be calling Nick the next time we go through the process again. Thanks Nick!
