Very thorough and courteous!
I recommend Structure Tech as they are very professional and detailed. I also highly recommend Jim Tobias. He was our Structure Tech person who did our inspection for a potential home we are buying and he was so good in details and extremely professional. His knowledge amazes my family and I. It has helped us to work with the seller to get to where we currently are before we complete the closing. If anything, please recommend and ask for JIm Tobias!
Matthew Behrens was incredibly thorough and made sure we saw and understood everything he was identifying. Incredibly courteous, never rushed, an excellent communicator who brought real clarity throughout the course of the inspection. The very complete and detailed report with well-marked photos came later the same day. He continued to be very welcoming and responsive to our follow-up questions in the days that followed.
